The Secret Behind the Best Scrambled Eggs

The first secret for making the best scrambled eggs might surprise you. Do not add any milk, cream or water! This may be a hard habit to break, but once you learn how much richer the flavor is you won’t make them any other way.

How to Make Scrambled Eggs

Our favorite scrambles eggs start with adding butter right to the non stick pan. The butter aids to give the eggs a rich flavor and creamy texture, while preventing any sticking to the pan. The low and slow method works best. Add the whisked eggs to the pan with melted butter over low heat. Next, continuously stir the eggs and move them around the pan to avoid over heating your scrambles eggs.

Finally, toppings for your scrambled eggs are limitless. Why not make them a little extra special by adding some parmesan cheese and a touch of green onion. This is my signature way to make the best scrambles eggs loved by all.

How to Make Whisking Mama’s Signature Scrambled Eggs!




Salt and pepper

Chopped green onion

Freshly grated parmesan cheese


In a bowl whisk together the eggs and desired amount of salt and pepper

Heat a non stick fry pan over low heat and add enough butter to coat the pan (about 1/2 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon)

Add the whisked eggs to the pan and continuously move and stir the eggs.

Once eggs are almost finished add the green onion and parmesan and turn the heat off

Immediately remove the eggs from the hot pan so they don’t continue to cook and serve
