How to Make Whisking Mama’s Signature Scrambled Eggs!
Salt and pepper
Chopped green onion
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
In a bowl whisk together the eggs and desired amount of salt and pepper
Heat a non stick fry pan over low heat and add enough butter to coat the pan (about 1/2 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon)
Add the whisked eggs to the pan and continuously move and stir the eggs.
Once eggs are almost finished add the green onion and parmesan and turn the heat off
Immediately remove the eggs from the hot pan so they don’t continue to cook and serve
