It is the end of winter here in Illinois, or so we keep thinking right before we are hit with more snow. As much as I can not stand the cold, here it is in full force not letting up. Knowing there will be bacon and pasta involved my excitement level is one of a child, staring at their presents just before opening on Christmas morning.
