Cheese Crisps


Customize by replacing the bagel seasoning with these toppings-Taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, crumbled bacon or minced jalapeños.


  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Parchment paper


  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Line baking pans with parchment paper
  3. Mix the cheese in a bowl
  4. Take a heaping tablespoon or tablespoon and a half and place in circle on parchment paper
  5. Top the cheese with desired seasoning
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes watching very closely so that the cheese crisps do not burn
  7. Remove from oven and enjoy
  8. Store left over cheese crisps in refrigerator
