Cranberry Granola Treat Bars


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Cinnamon Toasted Oats
  • 2 cups whole grain oats cereal (O’s)
  • 3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 10 ounce bag of marshmallows, plus 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Butter a 13×9 inch pan
  2. In large bowl mix together the the toasted oats, O’s, chopped cranberries and set aside
  3. In large saucepan add the butter and melt over low heat
  4. Add the 10 ounce bag of marshmallow to the melted butter, stirring constantly until marshmallow is completely melted
  5. Add the cereal mixture to the melted marshmallow and mix
  6. Add the additional mini marshmallows and mix gently
  7. Pour mixture into buttered dish and using clean hands or parchment paper press the mixture evenly and firmly into the pan
  8. Allow the bars to cool before cutting and store in an air tight container
