Dip these scrumptious Garlic Rubbed Crostini into the roasted cauliflower soup with aged cheddar and bacon

Garlic Rubbed Crostini
Ingredients

- 1/2 Baguette
- 1–2 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat broiler
- Slice Baguette into 1/4 inch slices
- Lightly brush or mist both sides with olive oil
- Lightly salt and pepper
- Broil on low for 1-2 min per side or until light golden brown (keep a close eye)
- Cut garlic cloves in half
- After removed from oven immediately rub with garlic until desired taste
- Serve with soup or favorite toppings
