Garlic Rubbed Crostini


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 Baguette
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Slice Baguette into 1/4 inch slices
  3. Lightly brush or mist both sides with olive oil
  4. Lightly salt and pepper
  5. Broil on low for 1-2 min per side or until light golden brown (keep a close eye)
  6. Cut garlic cloves in half
  7. After removed from oven immediately rub with garlic until desired taste
  8. Serve with soup or favorite toppings
