Ingredients

- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3.5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rub of choice (I purchase mine at a local barbecue restaurant Chicago q)
Instructions
- Add pork chops to a large zip bag
- In a small bowl mix olive oil, soy sauce and rub
- Add the marinade to the zip lock bag and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
- Grill the pork over medium heat about 6 minutes per side
- Watch closely for internal temp around 155F
- Remove from grill, tent with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes
