Healthier Banana Bread


Ingredients

  • 3 medium Ripe Bananas
  • 3/4 cup Organic Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon, set aside
  3. In a medium bowl mash your bananas
  4. Add the egg, maple syrup and cooking oil to the bananas
  5. Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened
  6. Grease pan with canola oil or non stick spray
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean
