Ingredients
Scale
- 3 medium Ripe Bananas
- 3/4 cup Organic Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon, set aside
- In a medium bowl mash your bananas
- Add the egg, maple syrup and cooking oil to the bananas
- Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened
- Grease pan with canola oil or non stick spray
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean
