AHHH Spring is among us and with the urge to get Spring cleaning under way I want to share with you my favorite daily cleaner. The solution consist of vinegar, water and essential oils of my choosing. I use this mixture in almost ninety percent of my home.

Why Vinegar…the long fermentation process makes it rich in bio active components like acetic acid, caffeic acid, catechin, epicatechin, gallic acid and more. (Special Note: never use acid based cleaners on granite, see bottom of this post for DIY everyday granite cleaner!)

These components give the vinegar many beneficial properties including…

Antimicrobial Properties, Antioxidant Effects, Anti-Diabetic Effects, Combat Heartburn and Acid Reflux, Fight Cancer, Heal Injuries, Increased Nutrient Absorption, Promote Weight Loss, Support Brain Health, Support Heart Health

Wow, isn’t vinegar amazing? Now that you know all the benefits let’s learn how to make your cleaning solution…

You will want to first purchase all your supplies, including a good quality spray bottle like this one pictured here

Next step… make a 50/50 solution half vinegar and half water, shake gently to mix
