How to make Instant Pot Spaghetti
Instant Pot spaghetti can be made with ground beef or turkey. You’ll start by sautéing the meat directly in the instant pot. Once that simple step is completed add spices, water and stir to combine. Next, you’ll break the spaghetti in half and evenly distribute in on top of the meat mixture (do not stir). Finally, add your favorite jarred marinara sauce right on top of the noodles, be sure to coat evenly. Place the lid on the pot and make sure the vent is in the sealing position. Voila, all the heavy lifting is complete.
The spaghetti will cook at high pressure for 7 minutes. The next step is a quick release. When you open the lid expect the mixture to look a bit soupy, this is perfection. Give the pasta a good stir for a couple minutes and allow the spaghetti to sit for a minimum of 5 minutes prior to serving.

You may use any favorite sauce of your choosing, but might I suggest this delicious sauce pictured below. ROA’S Roasted Garlic Sauce has to be one of the best jar sauce that we’ve ever had. Added bonus, cooking the pasta directly in the sauce results in a richer more flavorful tasting spaghetti.
What to serve with Instant Pot Spaghetti

1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups water
8 ounces spaghetti
24 ounce jar of marinara
Turn the Instant Pot on to sauté mode and once heated add olive oil and then ground beef or turkey to the pot
Cook the ground meat until browned and immediately turn off the Instant Pot
Add the Italian seasonings, garlic, salt, pepper and water, stirring well to combine
Break spaghetti noodles in half and evenly lay them on top of the meat mixture (DO NOT STIR)
Pour the marinara sauce over the spaghetti evenly to distribute and covering all the noodles. (DO NOT STIR)
Place the lid on top of the instant Pot making sure to set the vent to sealing position
Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes followed by a quick release
Immediately stir the spaghetti for a couple minutes and allow to sit for 5 minutes prior to serving
Optional: Top with fresh parmesan, parsley or other cooked veggies
