2 Trader Joe’s cauliflower thins
1/3 cup shredded cheese blend of choice
Hot sauce of choice
1 tablespoon sour cream
Optional: Chopped green onion or chives to garnish
Instructions
Heat non stick pan on medium to high heat
Heat cauliflower thins on one side for about 1-2 minutes, just until warm
Flip the cauliflower thins over and add cheese and desired amount of hot sauce to one side
Place the empty cauliflower thin on top of the cheese and press down
Heat on both sides until warm and lightly browned
Top with sour cream, green onion and serve immediately
