ROASTED GARLIC PARMESAN ZOODLES

Roasted Garlic Parmesan Zoodles


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 3/4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves Minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Parmesan Romano blend
  • Optional: fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil
  3. Spiralize your zucchini
  4. In medium bowl add zucchini, garlic, paprika, dried parsley, salt pepper, olive oil and mix
  5. Spread evenly on baking sheet
  6. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes
  7. Immediately after removing from over toss with Parmesan cheese
  8. Optional: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
