Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large zucchini
- 3/4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves Minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Parmesan Romano blend
- Optional: fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Line a baking sheet with foil
- Spiralize your zucchini
- In medium bowl add zucchini, garlic, paprika, dried parsley, salt pepper, olive oil and mix
- Spread evenly on baking sheet
- Bake at 400F for 10 minutes
- Immediately after removing from over toss with Parmesan cheese
- Optional: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
