Ingredients
1 box Trader Joe’s Spinach and artichoke dip
2 cups of cheery tomatoes
4 garlic cloves, rough chopped or sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
1 16 ounce package of pasta (prepared per instructions)
Grated parmesan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F
Add the spinach dip to the center of the baking pan and add the tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and drizzle the olive oil all over
Bake for 45 minutes
While waiting for the beautiful sauce to cook, prepare your pasta according to the package
After removing baking dish from over mix all the contents together to make your sauce and press down any tomatoes that have not burst already (be careful they’re hot)
Add the pasta to your sauce and mix to combine all the ingredients
Serve immediately and top with parmesan cheese
