Ingredients

- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs or about 1.5 pounds
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs evenly at the bottom of the crockpot
- In medium sized bowl mix together all remaining ingredients
- Pour sauce mixture all over the chicken
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours SPECIAL NOTE: All crockpots have different temperature ranges, I suggest checking internal temperature to ensure a perfect cooked meat.
- Pour desired amount of sauce over chicken to serve
