Ingredients
- French bread
- Bacon
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Shredded asiago cheese
- Sliced tomatoes
- Fresh spinach
- Minced garlic
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat panini maker
- Cook bacon until crispy
- In fry pan over low heat add small amount of olive oil and minced garlic, saute for 1 minute
- Add spinach to garlic and cook for 1 minute or until wilted, add salt and pepper
- Butter the bread
- Assemble starting with both shredded asiago and cheddar cheese, spinach, tomato, bacon, then more asiago and cheddar cheese
- The sandwich will be piled high so carefully transfer to panini maker
- Cook until golden brown and crispy
