Cheesy Bacon Panini


  • French bread
  • Bacon
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Shredded asiago cheese
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Fresh spinach
  • Minced garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Preheat panini maker
  2. Cook bacon until crispy
  3. In fry pan over low heat add small amount of olive oil and minced garlic, saute for 1 minute
  4. Add spinach to garlic and cook for 1 minute or until wilted, add salt and pepper
  5. Butter the bread
  6. Assemble starting with both shredded asiago and cheddar cheese, spinach, tomato, bacon, then more asiago and cheddar cheese
  7. The sandwich will be piled high so carefully transfer to panini maker
  8. Cook until golden brown and crispy
