Broiled Tomato Parmesan Baguettes
- Total Time: 5 mins
Ingredients
- Baguette loaf
- Parmesan cheese
- Tomato
- garlic clove, finely minced or pressed
- Dried basil
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat broiler on low
- Cut bread loaf into small slices slightly bigger than your tomato
- Layer on parmesan cheese, tomato, dried basil, garlic, salt and pepper
- Lightly drizzle breads with olive oil
- Add more parmesan cheese on top
- Broil on low for 2-5 minutes watching very closely
- Top with fresh chopped parsley and Enjoy!
